We specialize in apartments within the Opportunity, Vintage Hills, and Primitive Drive area. Within this area, we offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. All utilities and services are included in the monthly rental rate, allowing you to make one simple payment that covers the following: rent, internet, cable, electric, water, sewer and trash. With the convenient location near the University and the town's many amenities, you will find all you need nearby. This area is on the north side of town which puts you in an easy spot to get to Highways 80 and 641, leaving you with options to get to McCracken, Graves and Marshall County conveniently. We have a few different floor plans giving you some options for your living space.

In our two-bedroom units, you will find two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for each unit. The kitchen and living room are open concept so you will have an inviting and efficient space. Each unit comes equipped with all kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer. You will find the laundry room located off the kitchen near the back of the apartment. The two-bedroom units were designed and built in 2015. These units are equipped with central heat and air. Outside, you will get to enjoy a back patio right out the back door with vinyl walls separating each unit's back patio, giving privacy to each tenant. 

In our one-bedroom units, there are three different styles each providing an inviting living space. Central heat and air or mini-split units will provide consistency throughout these units.
