The Flats of Paducah is under construction currently and will be located at 2057 Holt Road in Paducah, KY. We expect completion in early October of 2023. Our apartment design consists of well-designed one bedroom, one bathroom units. The open concept layout has you walking into the living room area and kitchen, as well as the one full bathroom. Our kitchen is equipped with a pantry and all appliances (Stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an icemaker). As you walk through the kitchen, you enter back into the bedroom where you will also access your walk-in closet & laundry room combo. This includes a full-size washer and dryer. The efficient design of the units allows you to maintain the space with ease, while still having enough space to live comfortably. The unit will be heated & cooled by a highly efficient split system setup that allows you to control the climate of the bedroom area separately from the kitchen & living room area. All utilities and services are included in the monthly rental rate, allowing you to make one simple payment that covers the following: rent, internet, electric, water, sewer and trash.
